I strive to offer the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic treatment at my massage studio. Specializing in women's health and skilled in addressing neck issues, such as treating symptoms caused by whiplash, as well as many other injuries.
Let Me Introduce Myself
Hi there! I'm Jolene, your licensed massage therapist. With my training from the Body Mechanics School of Massage Therapy, I'm here to address your needs and provide individual treatment plans for each client. I take a science-based approach to treatment, focusing on the principles of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based techniques. I prioritize the physical benefits of massage and leave out the spiritual or energy-based aspects. With my expertise, I'm here to provide you with a grounded and effective massage experience.

Draping during the Massage
In school, we learned how to appropriately drape clients during the massage to ensure the client is always secure. Rest assured you will always be draped in a way that never reveals any private part of the body.
Please note that though I want all of my clients to feel safe and secure, dressing down to your comfort level, it is worth noting that relaxation massages are not as effect when clients wear clothing, such as sports bras and leggings because I can't glide on the skin as I can when you're not fully clothed. Of course, your comfortability is my priority, it just wont be quite the same experience.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage focuses on relaxation and muscle tension relief. It uses long, gliding strokes, kneading, and circular movements to promote overall well-being. Swedish massage reduces stress, improves circulation, and enhances flexibility.
Treatment Focused Therapy
I specialize in some therapeutic treatments for conditions, such as whiplash and frozen shoulder. My therapy techniques are designed to alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and improve mobility and range of motion.
Cupping Treatment
I am certified in silicone cupping. I prefer to use the gliding method, this prevents sha (sha is the discoloration from the blood being brought to the surface of the skin) as well as being more effective. Cupping should be painless.
Hot Stones
At times I may incorporate Hot Stones into the massage, this warms up the muscles faster than I can with my hands. It's proven to be beneficial for those who like "Deep Tissue" massage treatment.
